Description
HOJR’s Single Sided Laminate / Melamine saw blade is ideal for an excellent finish on one side of laminates and melamines. It is designed with Triple Chip Grind (TCG) Tooth Geometry which offers clean, burr-free finishes. The blade also offers premium high-density carbide tips, laser-cut, anti-vibration slots that eliminate the need for stabilizers, and TA non-stick coating. This thermal adhesion resistance coating redefines the cutting performance of the saw blade. The coating acts on the blade's carbide tips, its hardness is up to HV4000+. The work life of the blade can be extended more than 30 times.
Features
Long Life Up to 30x longer lasting than regular blades.
Protection TA coating (Thermal adhesion resistance coating) offers protection against heat, gumming, and corrosion, keeping the blade clean and performing at its peak for longer periods.
Clean Cuts Triple Chip Grind (TCG) Tooth Design with a positive hook angle for long life in production applications, also offers clean, burr-free finishes on the top and bottom of laminates, melamine & veneered plywood.
Positive Hook Angles For fast cutting and easy feed.
Durability Premium carbide teeth are sharpened to provide clean cuts and exceptionally long life.
Accuracy Laser-Cut Stabilizer Vents reduce noise and vibration for accuracy and durability.
Ideal for Single-Sided Laminates, Chip Board and other man-made materials.
FAQ
What is the TA coating?
TA coating is a thermal adhesion resistance coating that redefines saw blade performance. It offers ultra-long life (hardness HV4000+), self-lubrication to optimize wood finish, and anti-sticking properties to reduce friction and heat buildup.
Which materials are these saw blades suitable for?
They are suitable for a wide range of woods, including softwood, hardwood, plywood, laminate, melamine, and chipboard, especially single-sided laminates and man-made materials.
How do I properly care for my TA-coated circular saw blades?
To maintain efficiency and safety, perform regular cleaning, sharpen as needed, and store the blades in a suitable environment to prevent corrosion.
Why is the Triple Chip Grind (TCG) design important?
The TCG tooth geometry is specifically designed to provide clean, burr-free finishes on laminates and melamines while ensuring durability in production environments.
How does the blade achieve such high accuracy?
The blade features laser-cut stabilizer vents that significantly reduce noise and vibration during operation, ensuring precise cuts and increased blade durability.
What is the benefit of the positive hook angle?
The 5° positive hook angle allows for faster cutting speeds and easier feeding of the material, making it ideal for high-productivity woodworking projects.
