Description
HOJR’s Single Sided Laminate / Melamine saw blade is ideal for a excellent finish on one side of laminates and melamines. It is designed with Triple Chip Grind (TCG) Tooth Geometry which offers clean, burr-free finishes. The blade also features premium high-density carbide tips, laser-cut anti-vibration slots that eliminate the need for stabilizers, and TA non-stick coating. This thermal adhesion resistance coating redefines the cutting performance of the saw blade. The coating acts on the blade's carbide tips, with a hardness up to HV4000+, extending the work life of the blade by more than 30 times.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the TA coating on HOJR saw blades?
TA coating is a thermal adhesion resistance coating that redefines cutting performance. It features a hardness of HV4000+, provides self-lubrication to optimize wood surface finish, and offers anti-sticking properties to reduce friction and heat buildup.
How does the TA coating extend the blade's work life?
Due to its extreme hardness (HV4000+) and thermal resistance, the TA coating protects the carbide tips from wear and heat degradation, allowing the blade to last up to 30 times longer than standard uncoated blades.
Which materials are most suitable for this saw blade?
This blade is specifically designed for Single-Sided Laminates, Melamine, and Chipboard. It is also highly effective for softwood, hardwood, plywood, and other man-made materials.
What are the advantages of the Triple Chip Grind (TCG) design?
The TCG tooth geometry is ideal for cutting brittle materials. It offers clean, burr-free finishes on both the top and bottom of laminates and veneered plywood, ensuring production-quality results.
How should I maintain my TA-coated saw blade?
To ensure maximum efficiency and safety, you should perform regular cleaning to remove residue, sharpen the carbide tips only as needed, and store the blade in a suitable, dry environment to prevent accidental damage.
Why are laser-cut stabilizer vents important?
Laser-cut stabilizer vents are designed to trap noise and vibration. This keeps the blade running true and cool, which significantly improves cutting accuracy and overall blade durability.
