❓ FAQ
What is the TA coating?
TA coating is the thermal adhesion resistance coating. It redefines cutting performance by providing ultra-long life, self-lubrication, and anti-sticking properties.
How does TA coating extend the blade's life?
The coating's hardness is up to HV4000+, which can greatly extend the work life of the blade by more than 30 times compared to standard blades.
Does the coating help with wood finish quality?
Yes, it features self-lubrication with a minimum friction coefficient to optimize the finish of the wood surface and reduce heat buildup.
Which materials are these saw blades suitable for?
These blades are suitable for a wide range of materials, including softwood, hardwood, plywood, laminate, melamine & chipboard.
How do I properly care for my TA-coated blades?
To maintain efficiency and safety, follow these tips: perform regular cleaning, sharpen as needed, and store the blades in a suitable environment.
What is the benefit of the TCG tooth design?
The Triple Chip Grind (TCG) Tooth Design is specifically engineered to offer clean, burr-free finishes on both the top and bottom of laminates and melamine.
