Description
HOJR’s Heavy Duty Stacked Chipboard Saw Blade is ideal for cutting sheet materials such as chipboard, plywood, laminates, MDF, and cutting stacks of material. It designed with Triple Chip Grind (TCG) Tooth giving clean, burr-free finishes.
The blade also offers premium high-density carbide tips, laser-cut, anti-vibration slots that eliminate the need for stabilizers, and TA non-stick coating. This thermal adhesion resistance coating redefines the cutting performance of the saw blade. The coating acts on the blade's carbide tips, with a hardness up to HV4000+, extending the work life of the blade by more than 30 times.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the TA coating?
TA coating is a thermal adhesion resistance coating that redefines cutting performance. It offers:
- Ultra-long life (hardness HV4000+, 30x longer life).
- Self-lubrication to optimize wood surface finish.
- Anti-sticking properties to reduce heat, gumming, and corrosion.
Which materials are these blades suitable for?
These TA-coated Heavy Duty Stacked Chipboard Saw Blades are best for plywood and composition materials, but also perform excellently with hardwood and softwood.
How do I properly care for my TA-coated circular saw blades?
To maintain efficiency and safety: perform regular cleaning, sharpen the carbide tips as needed, and store the blade in a suitable environment to prevent damage.
What is the benefit of the Triple Chip Grind (TCG) tooth design?
The TCG design is specifically engineered for production applications, providing clean, burr-free finishes and ensuring a long life when cutting abrasive sheet materials.
Do I need stabilizers for this saw blade?
No. The blade features laser-cut stabilizer vents that effectively reduce noise and vibration, eliminating the need for add-on stabilizers while maintaining accuracy.
Why is the positive hook angle important?
The 13° positive hook angle allows for faster cutting speeds and an easier feed rate, reducing operator fatigue and increasing productivity.
